Personal, Social Health Education (PSHE)

Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) helps a student lead a confident, healthy and responsible life as contributing member of society.

Through in-class lessons to off-campus experiences, plus a wide range of activities beyond the curriculum, students gain practical knowledge and skills that help them tackle the spiritual, moral, social and cultural issues they face in the future.

Students are given opportunities to reflect on their experiences and how they are developing. This self-reflection lets them understand and responsibly manage a range of relationships and challenges as they mature. And by developing their self-esteem, encouraging a belief in their ability to succeed and enabling them to take responsibility for their learning and future, the Personal and Social Education programme betters each student's well-being.
