Parent Organization Hosts Their First Event Of The Year

The Parent Organization (PO) hosted their first connection event, the Huangdao City Tour for new parents on Thursday 31 August. A total of 14 parents from more than 5 nationalities, attended the event. The tour included a visit to:
- Julia Clinic, and their community partners; BYBO Dental Clinic and the new hospital.
- The international cinema and awesome gym facilities located in the Jinshi International Hotel.
- A drive past some of the most popular shopping / dining areas in the city, including Aeon (Jusco), Jia Jia Yuan supermarket, Mykal, the underground market and a range of popular fast food outlets and restaurants.
- A drive past some of the family picnic and activity spots including Tangdao bay, Silver Beach and the Wyndham hotel.
The tour ended with a buffet lunch at the Sheraton Hotel Huangdao. Feedback from parents was very positive. Most parents were very appreciative for the opportunity to learn more about Huangdao and to connect with other parents.
