Experiencing China Programme is one of our major school events and is an important component and extension of the Chinese Study course, which is closely linked with Chinese Language, English, Humanities, and PSHE classes. It aims to let students experience local culture and explore traditional Chinese thinking, culture and history.

This year’s Experiencing China trip took place from 15th October to 19th October. The Year 7 and 8 students travelled to Hangzhou and had the opportunity to see some truly wonderful sights, including natural scenery. YCIS students worked, played, behaved and communicated well together to contribute to an enjoyable trip. The Experiencing China trip was a fantastic adventure that our students will never forget.
