The academic year of 2020/21 will start on August 19th. We warmly welcome back all of our families and also welcome all new families who have just joined YCIS Qingdao for the new academic year!

At YCIS, we value the concept of “school community”. We hope our orientation sessions to staff and families provide an opportunity to build a connection between each member and our community.

This week, YCIS Qingdao has welcomed all new staff through a whole-week professional training programme. We’re fully prepared here!

Meanwhile, a virtual orientation session were held for the new families joining YCIS. It was helpful towards a smooth transition for the start of the new school year and was an opportunity to get ready for academic and non-academic life.

We are very excited for the time ahead, which will be filled with new experiences and learning opportunities for our students, and so many fun events for the whole family. The upcoming academic year of 2020-2021 promises to be another incredible year at YCIS Qingdao!
